hehe - at least your'e gonna live down here. Lympstone Village up the road had to introduce a new byelaw that to buy a house you had to be a resident for 5 years or so. Large percentage of home were second homes, and the life was being squeezed out of the village. Bloody expensive there tho - only people that can afford to live there are rich retired mainly. Getting that way too in exmouth - no affordable housing, shit loads of retirement flats. Planners are useless - retirement brings little money into the area, and puts huge pressure on local health resources. Lines their corrupt bulging pockets tho grrrrrrr
