Golf mk2 1.8 8v GTi with P slot Alloys £400

[center]Welcome to this thread for my VW Golf mk2 GTi in Tornado Red.


The car is a rare 1987 small bumper model with power steering!

Fitted with rare Pirelli P-slot alloys.

Over sized front splitter.



You can see from the pictures the good bits but I'll tell you the not so good bit so you know what you're buying,

The body has some dings & dents and as you would expect from a car of this age some surface rust.

The bonnet and some other parts of the car have been masked+ painted in the past.

I would not say this car is a show winner but a good solid car, that should fly through it's MOT
Come up nice when polished with Turtle Wax Colour Fast Red

Full GTi interior

Engine is the "torque monster" 1.8 8v K-jet .

Drives and pulls well.

The gearbox is sweet and does not crunch, most mk2's are pants!

The GTi black side stickers have been removed along with the black rear boot sticker. Looks more Euro & sleeper.

The exhaust system is all new from the manifold back.

It has no MOT and it's currently SORN.

The car has been off the road for about 4 months in my dry lock up and would need in the near future the brakes bleeding.

The power steering has a leak so does not work 100%, should just need new seals.




Please note that the single lamp front grill does not come with the car. It will be fitted with the original twin light GTi grill. Also The smoked side repeaters do not come with the car.
