T3/T25 FUSE BOX MULTI PLUG

I'm after the white multi plug D in this diagram for my brothers 1985 panel van. The Plug is in 2 parts.

If you have one on a breaker that you can cut out with a decent length on the wires on the rear, I'd really appreciate it
